Myofascial Therapy // Ridgeland, MS

What You Can Expect:

Unlike massage, fascia therapy is dry work and does not involve the use of oil.

Clients wear shorts and a sports bra throughout the session so there is no disrobing at any point.

Following a session, it is recommended to plan for rest, recovery, and hydration as the body continues to release fascial tension for up to 36 hours after the initial work is done.

Lizette Bethea’s technique of Myofacial release massage is the best I have ever received!

I have a curvature of the spine which can reduce my daily activities. The release of blood flow in my muscles after receiving my first Myofascial therapy massage from Lizette, allowed me to have a better range of motion and a feeling of strength in my posture. I would highly recommend Lizette!
