Hi, I’m Lizette.

The body has an innate capacity to heal, cultivate strength, and restore ease of movement.

The fascia is the connective tissue network of the body. It connects muscle to bones, surrounds all of the organs, including the brain, and makes up ligaments and tendons. It’s made mostly of collagen and elastin, which works like a combination of elastic and glue.

When fascia becomes dehydrated or experiences trauma, it becomes stiff, congested, forms adhesions and holds stuck emotions.

As we work with the fascia to release physical tension and restrictions, we create space for rehydration and circulation.

The fascia returns to its intrinsic state of tensegrity and the body is free to express its potential for balance, strength and fluid movement.

Glad you’re here!
